Welcome to SolePrint. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Products. SolePrint sells novelty footwear and related items. We do our best to display product colours and details accurately, but minor variations between photos and the item you receive can occur.

2. Orders. By placing an order, you confirm your information is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Pricing. Prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page and may change at any time. Once an order is confirmed, the price you paid is locked in for that order.

6. Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, logos, designs — belongs to SolePrint or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, SolePrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
