If there's a problem with your order — wrong item, damaged, defective, or not as described — contact us at hello@soleprint.shop within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

- Items that arrive defective
- Wrong item shipped

- Order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once we've reviewed your case, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
After 14 days from delivery, we're unable to process refund or replacement requests.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
